I was listening to some of Viktor Frankl's work recently. He who wrote the famous Man's Search for Meaning. 

And he talks about reorinting ourselves in relationship to life. 

We don't choose what happens to us. 
But we can always choose how we respond.

I didn't realize how highly sensitive I was, and h I didn't realize how highly sensitive I was, and how along with this I have a very sensitive nervous system. 

Long before I recognized these were official #somaticpractices , I had naturally stumbled across all them as simple actions that help bring me back to center. 

Save this post, and the next time you sense the need to calm yourself, reground yourself, or reset the overwhelm, try one of these simple acts.

I saw an article on the NYT yesterday titled "Obse I saw an article on the NYT yesterday titled "Obsessing over mental health is part of our mental health problem". I think they might be onto something. 

Stats suggest that we're not necessarily perkier at work, but maybe the move away from obsessing over burnout was necessary?
